What we expect from you:Prepare annual commercial budgets and sales forecasts aligned with company revenue and profitability objectives
Build sales budget breakdowns by channel, country, and product category
Conduct budget vs. actual variance analyses and identify performance improvement areas
Analyze sales, margin, and discount performance across channels to support decision-making
Develop periodic commercial performance reports and dashboards for management (using Excel or BI tools)
Provide scenario-based and “what-if” analyses to guide strategic planning
Collaborate with Finance to ensure commercial data is integrated into overall financial budgeting
Partner with Sales, Buying, and Category Management teams to optimize sales strategies
Prepare executive summaries and reports for senior management
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales planning, commercial budgeting, or business analysis (preferably in retail or e-commerce)
Strong analytical and numerical skills, attention to detail, and ability to derive insights from data
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI tools is a strong plus
Understanding of key commercial KPIs (revenue, gross margin, discount ratio, sell-through, stock turnover)
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
Good command of English
