 What we are expecting from you:

  • Plan, set up, and manage promotional and seasonal campaigns in alignment with business goals
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including design, content, CRM, performance marketing, and IT to ensure smooth execution of campaigns
  • Ensure timely communication and alignment with all relevant stakeholders throughout the campaign lifecycle
  • Monitor campaign performance and landing pages on a daily basis, proactively identifying any issues or opportunities for improvement
  • Analyze campaign results and prepare insightful reports with actionable recommendations
  • Localize and translate campaign content where necessary to ensure relevance across different regions and languages
  • Manage campaign listings and implement visual/content updates on landing pages
  • Conduct regular competitor and market research to identify trends, customer behavior, and new campaign opportunities
     
What we are looking for:
  • A Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Marketing, Business Analytics, Communication, or related fields
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on campaign management experience in e-commerce platforms (marketplaces or brand-owned websites)
  • Proficiency in MS Office tools, especially Excel (pivot tables, data filtering, etc.)
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
  • A proactive mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
  • Analytical thinking and the ability to interpret data to drive decisions
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively across departments
  • Previous experience in an e-commerce or digital marketing role is a strong advantage
  • Fluent in English (written and spoken); additional language skills are a plus
