Foreign Trade Operations Specialist

We strongly believe in putting people first – our customers, our teams, our partners.We are looking for a candidate to join our Delivery Operations Team as Foreign Operations Specialist.

What we expect from you:

• Being responsible for planning, tracking and reporting return operations from foreign countries
• Solving problems that cause customer complaints in overseas return warehouses
• Improving delivery operations and developing new solutions according to customer needs
• Monitoring and reporting KPIs related to operational processes
• Tracking Inbound/outbound cargo shipments’ documentation

• Bachelor's degree form a reputable university International Trade - Marketing, International Logistics Foreign Trade or related fields,
• Ability to understand customer needs and shipping requirements,
• Able to work in a fast-paced, multi-tasking, customer service minded environment,
• Open to work in cross-functional teams,
• Minimum 1 years experience in export-import operations, documentation, customs & shipping processes,
• Clear verbal and written communication as well as organizational skills,
• Good command of MS Office (Especially Excel),
• Able to manage multiple tasks in a company environment,
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
