We’re looking for a Senior Graphic Designer (Digital & E-commerce) to shape the visual experience of a global modest fashion brand.
📍 This is an on-site position based in Istanbul.
We are a global modest fashion e-commerce company operating in more than 130 countries, delivering localized content in five languages — Turkish, Arabic, English, French, and German. What we are expecting from you:
- Contribute to the evolution of Modanisa’s visual identity across all channels, ensuring brand consistency while bringing fresh and innovative design ideas,
- Design compelling visuals for digital campaigns, product launches, and brand activations, producing assets for social media, CRM, performance marketing, and e-commerce channels (desktop, mobile web, and app),
- Support UI/UX design initiatives across web and mobile platforms and collaborate closely with the frontend team to ensure accurate implementation,
- Contribute to campaign processes by developing moodboards and visual storytelling elements, and support photo and video shoots to maintain visual consistency,
- Integrate AI-powered design tools into creative workflows and optimize visuals based on performance data,
- Work collaboratively with marketing, CRM, and retail teams to translate briefs into impactful and measurable visual solutions
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field,
- 4+ years of experience in digital graphic design, preferably in e-commerce, fashion, or digital-first brands,
- Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, e-commerce visuals, and modern design aesthetics,
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma,
- Solid understanding of digital design principles and production processes,
- Interest in and hands-on experience with AI-powered creative tools,
- Ability to manage multiple projects while maintaining high quality standards,
- Strong attention to detail, aesthetic sensitivity, and collaborative mindset.
