Planning & Pricing Specialist / Senior Specialist

📍 This is an on-site position based in Istanbul.

What we expect from you:
Planning:
- Develop demand forecasts and product planning for both stores and online sales channels,
- Analyze sales trends to determine optimal stock levels,
- Create and monitor seasonal product and category planning,
- Optimize product rotation to improve stock turnover rates,
- Plan product stock levels during campaign and promotional periods to support sales targets,
- Coordinate with suppliers and purchasing teams to ensure timely product procurement,
- Prepare and analyze performance reports for stores and e-commerce,
- Review sales data to identify opportunities and provide actionable,recommendations to meet sales goals.
Pricing:
- Monitor the competitive landscape and market dynamics to contribute to pricing strategy,
- Conduct product-level price-margin analyses to determine optimal price points,
- Plan and execute pricing decisions during campaign, discount, and promotional periods,
- Model and report the impact of price changes on sales volume and profitability,
- Perform price elasticity analyses at the category level to support revenue optimization,
- Support the development and automation of dynamic pricing processes.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (preferably Business Administration, Economics, Logistics,
- Industrial Engineering, etc.)
- At least 3 years of experience in merchandise planning, pricing, or stock management,
- Commercial acumen with a solid understanding of price-margin dynamics,
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills,
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis),
- Ability to prioritize and manage tasks in a fast-paced environment,
- Good command of English (written and spoken),
- Team-oriented mindset with strong communication skills and a results-driven approach,
- Experience in e-commerce or omnichannel retail is a strong plus.
