Mindset (This matters most) 
• Curious, self-driven, and eager to be mentored by experienced engineers.
• A problem-solver who digs in when things break, not someone who waits for instructions. 
• Thinks like a product person, not just a coder — you care about the end result. 

Technical Fundamentals 
• 3–5 years of experience in software development.
• Comfortable working on both frontend and backend. 
• Solid CS fundamentals: data structures, algorithms, databases, networking.
• Experience with at least one modern backend language and one frontend framework. Go, Vue.js, Java, and PHP are a plus, but learning ability matters more.
• Strong understanding of REST APIs, Git, Linux, and testing practices.

 Nice to have
• Any exposure to e-commerce platforms or ERP systems. 
• Interest in mobile development, CI/CD, Docker, or distributed systems.
